Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm, although an early check-in can be arranged by contacting the motel beforehand.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Guests planning to arrive after 8pm can have an after hours check-in arranged, provided they contact the motel and pay for their room beforehand.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at the Royal Palms Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for breakfast only.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a pool and a barbeque area.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: We are only 400 metres from Park Beach Plaza, a major shopping centre with over 120 shops, including Big W, Target, Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: There is a restaurant only two doors down from the motel offering both Australian and Thai cuisine. In the opposite direction (also two doors down) is a local shopping centre that includes several takeaways (Chinese, fish & chips, pizza). At the end of the street (400 metres) is a local hotel offering counter lunches and dinners and just down from them is a local bowls club that has a bistro. A short 5 minute drive will also take you to the jetty precinct where there are about 6-7 restaurants of varying cuisines all located in a row. Traditional takeaways such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Hungry Jacks, and Red Rooster are also within a 2 minute drive of the motel.

A: Yes, in all rooms.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
